Protecting your data and privacy is important to Welocalize. You can use this form to exercise any of your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This form has been produced to facilitate your request.

Before you submit an ‘Erasure of personal data’ — please read carefully.

If you’re experiencing a login issue, billing problem, or other account error, this form won’t resolve it. Please contact support instead — we can usually fix issues quickly.

If you do wish to proceed with an ‘Erasure of personal data’ request, keep in mind:

1. This is permanent. All personal data associated with your account will be deleted within 3 business days and cannot be recovered.
2. Your account will be closed and deleted. You will lose access to all services, history, and saved data tied to your account.
3. You cannot re-register. Deleting your data permanently closes your account. You will not be able to create a new account using the same identity or information. This cannot be undone.
