Our Guiding Principles  

Always put the customer first, whether an external or internal customer. Do not be satisfied with merely meeting commitments; strive to exceed them.  

Serve customers with urgency. Respond immediately, be biased toward action, and drive customer priorities back through our internal organization to ensure we deliver. 

Be proactive in anticipating customer needs by listening and asking questions. Find ways to improve their business and bring new ideas to the table. 

Build lasting customer relationships based on trust. Go beyond business delivery and build personal connections 

Constantly question the status quo and why we do things the way we do. Evaluate current practices from first principles, understand best practices, and propose more effective work methods. 

Show curiosity for customers (internal or external), our customers’ industry, competitors, and the market. Raise new ideas on how to be a more valuable contributor or partner. 

Have the courage to try new approaches. If a new approach doesn’t work, feel comfortable learning from mistakes, iterating, and course-correcting to find better solutions. 

Find ways to overcome obstacles and roadblocks. Be creative and resourceful in solving problems that prevent you from doing your work more effectively. 

Take personal accountability as a member of your team. Play your part and pull your weight. When in doubt, step forward, be accountable, and lead. 

Hold your team members accountable. A successful team requires everyone to play their role. Do not tolerate under-performers.  

Put the performance of your team above yourself. We win as a team, not as individuals. Do not play politics, withhold information, or undermine your teammates. 

Support your teammates by collaborating, coaching, encouraging, and providing constructive feedback. The most valuable teammates support their colleagues. 

Hold yourself to a high level of excellence. Determine what great looks like for your role and strive to achieve excellence. 

Hold your colleagues within or outside your team to a high level of excellence. If you see work below the bar, call it out and provide constructive feedback. 

Go above and beyond to ensure excellence and quality, especially if it involves delivering work for a customer (external or internal). 

Commit to continual self-improvement of your performance in your role. Become a little more effective each day on the path to achieving mastery.

Our Give Grant program provides charitable grants for causes our employees care about. We also encourage employees to submit requests for charitable donations and sponsorships, and include those in our annual giving budget. The Give committee continually reviews applications to ensure our diversity funds are shared across regions, charities, and causes.
